Pace

A personal concierge for students

Consider it handled.

Pace gives you a concierge named Ace. It knows your schedule, your goals and your budget. It finds what is worth doing, takes care of the legwork, and never acts until you say yes.

Every evening, a note. What Ace found, what it took care of, and what waits for you. Try the yes.

Acefor Maya

Evening, Maya.

While you were at practice I took care of a few things. Three are ready whenever you are.

  • InternshipApplication to Lumen LabsResume tailored, cover note in your voice
  • FriendsTable for five, Friday at 7:30Held until 10 PM, about $22 each
  • TravelMiami, March 14 to 16$842 all in, under your budget

Also handled: moved your bio study block after practice, found a cheaper ride to the showcase, and a reminder that Jordan’s birthday is Wednesday.

A week with Ace

Maya is a junior with soccer, AP Bio and a part-time job. This is what her concierge did, and what it asked her first.

  1. Monday7:10 AM

“Your bio test moved to Thursday. I shifted your study blocks so Wednesday night stays free.”

    Handled

  2. Tuesday3:45 PM

“Showcase registration closes Friday, and four of your target coaches will be there. The form is filled in. It is $185.”

    “do it”

    Registered, after her yes

  3. Wednesday9:20 PM

“please never book me a flight before 8am again”

    “Noted. Never before eight.”

    Remembered

  4. Thursday12:30 PM

“A paid internship at Lumen Labs opened today and starts after finals. I tailored your resume and drafted a note.”

    Waiting on her yes

  5. Friday5:05 PM

“You and four friends are all free tonight. I held a table for five at 7:30, about $22 each. Send the invite?”

    Invite sent, after her yes

  6. Saturday10:00 AM

“Miami came in at $842 all in. I picked the 11:40 flight, not the 6:05. You said never before eight.”

    Booked, after her yes

  7. Sunday6:00 PM

“Jordan has been into film photography. A roll of Portra and a disposable is $34 and arrives Tuesday.”

“not now, I already got something”

    Let it go

Nothing happens without your yes.

  1. Ask, or let it notice

Tell Ace what you want in plain words, or let it spot what is worth doing from your calendar, classes and budget.

  2. Ace does the legwork

It finds the options, compares them, and prepares the application, booking or message.

  3. You say yes

Nothing is booked, sent or paid until you approve it. Say not now, and Ace lets it go.

At your service.

One concierge for school, money, friends, college and everything in between. Just ask.

Find me a paid internship that starts after finals. Plan Miami for under $900. Which of my colleges have visits this month? Can I afford these tickets? Dinner Friday, somewhere good, not too expensive. Make me a study plan for Thursday. Get me into a showcase the coaches will be at. What should I get Jordan? Follow up with Coach Reyes. Find a cheaper ride to the game.

Ace works with your calendar, school email, Canvas and Classroom. You choose what it sees, and you can switch any of it off.

Free while in early access.

Paid plans will be priced for a student budget, with a family option for parents who want to help.

Paid plans are not available yet, and Pace never asks for a card during early access. Before any plan can charge you, Pace will show the price, how often it bills, that it renews until you cancel, and how to cancel in one step, and it will ask you to agree. Billing terms
